Decent stay, some aspects could improve

The room I stayed in was really great. I especially liked the extra space it gave me. The food was good quality. I really enjoyed it.

The air conditioning was very poor. It was also quite noisy. It didn't properly cool the room, a problem for me.

The room i booked had a king size bed. it was two beds pushed together. this made sleeping uncomfortable. i also found the experience impersonal, as though staff were going through the motions. the overall service lacked a genuine touch that i expect.

the staff were lovely. i found the concierge especially helpful.

the room service was not up to par. i ordered the same dish two nights in a row, and it tasted completely different each time. i guess consistency is too much to ask.

cramped room noisy air conditioning

the location was acceptable, right in the heart of the city. it was easy enough to walk to several key attractions.

The room i booked, a classic double, felt cramped. i struggled to open my suitcase fully, and the bathroom was equally small. the air conditioning unit was quite outdated. It struggled to cool the room properly and made a distracting amount of noise.

quiet room helpful staff

The staff helped me a lot since the airline lost my luggage. They gave me a shaving kit and toiletries. I got upgraded to a room in the main building. It was spacious. The room was quiet.
